Hello All~
Here is all the information you need for the Windy City Open this year. Please scroll down to the bottom of the email and see all of the events possible to play in. We have a 5 man team event applicable for all who play in ANY BCA, ACS, Valley and KPBL. There is a 3 man team event for those's who play in ANY APA events. Both of these events are open to all states and all qualified players.
The Windy City Open offers our 8 and 9 Ball events, a bank event and something for the seniors. Events start as early as Wednesday the 3rd of January and play continues until Sunday the 8th. There is something for everyone this year and we hope to see you all back again.
Our host location is Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles, IL. We have room rates as little as $55.00 a night plus tax. These are limited, so I highly suggest that you get your reservation TODAY before that rate sells out. The resort also offers a $99.00 rate in the Tower section of the resort. The tower is closer to the event and the rooms and have just been remodeled.

BCA RULES WILL BE USED!!!!!
Entry Fees: $200 for team events. A $25 registration fee is included in that amount. $35 per player for singles events. A $5 registration fee is included in that amount. Pre-registration is required for all events!
Player Eligibility:
• BCA, ACS, VNEA, and KPBL league players from all states may participate in singles events.
• BCA, ACS, VNEA, and KPBL league players from all states may participate in team events.
• All league players must have played in a minimum of four full, regularly scheduled league
over at least four calendar weeks during a sanctioned session and must be deemed an active player
by the league operator.
• An Open Team may contain 2 Master Players, but only 1 may participate in any given round.
• Only 3 returning members from a men’s team finishing in the top 24 places or a women’s team finishing in the top 4 places at the National Tournament or at a previous State Tournament (top 2 places for men, top 1 for women) will be allowed to compete in the team championships.
• All players must meet amateur status requirements.
• All players teams must have matching collared shirts and nice jeans or slacks.

Rules: 8/7 Race double elimination.
