Which way to go?

I’m having hard time deciding what to buy.

I could get Predator Break Cue 2 or could go with Fury Jump & Break cue and for the money saved get an OB-1 shaft for my current cue.

Are phenolic tips any good? (Fury has it)
Is Predator BK2 hype or the real deal?

Playing 8-ball I sink a ball off the break probably only 20% off the time, could be less so I need all the help I can get.
