Can anyone tell me the correct way to shoot this shot? I know you use bottom right english but when I shoot it, the object ball always hits the end rail marked at point A.
Note: This shot is in "Byrne's Complete Book of Pool Shots" on page 19.

Maybe his pockets were bigger? This doesn't look possible to me...

The c/b is frozen to the o/b if your talking about a push shot, it goes. By your diagram it appears to be a double kiss shot, not a push shot.

I agree with Rod, for this to be a push shot made with bottom right the cb should be frozen to the ob. The ob gets squeezed down the rail while the cue tip is kept in contact with the cb. Possably it could be made as a push shot with some separation but would almost certinaly be a double hit foul on the cb.

Thanks for the feedback. Thinking now, maybe it was meant to be a double hit but it was under the section "Push Shot Foul" so it was a little misleading.

Could it be on a bar box with the heavy oversize ball and you go for a double kiss?
