Does this shoe fit? Do you have the guts to admit who you really are?

Where do I sign up?
They seem to have many goals, that I would agree with.
I don't like the idea of American workers, being asked to compete with wages paid in India ($1.05 per day, I believe)
I'm concerned that the wealth of the super-rich increases, as the incomes of the rest shrink....it's like the game of Monolopy, where once you own Boardwalk and Park Place...you control the board.
I'd agree with the majority of their goals.
But....I guess that anyone not supporting the Republican agenda in toto, would be considered to have socialistic tendencies. I'll have to inform my friend, who saw action in the Korean War, but votes Democratic, that he is ipso facto, now considered a Communist, by the ruling elite.
Gee, I registered as a Democrat, and I've yet to receive my copy of Mao's "Little Red Book"

LOL

No one gave them that name. This is what they're calling themselves and seem proud of it. Hey, at least they're honest about who they really are.

I don't know,it kind of sounds like the same tune with different words. We already have a one Party system that is disfunctional. When all the Checks, and Balances agree, where is the voice of the ordinary citizen?

Its only in the US that 'liberal' or 'socialist'are dirty words! /ccboard/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
I can agree with a lot of whats said [ havent read it all of course....bit boring /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif] so I guess I lean to the left! /ccboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif and I,m not ashamed to say so. /ccboard/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Do I think that my Govt has the right to read my mail, listen in to my phone calls or search my house without me giving them ANY reason to do so?
NO.
Do I think that my Govt has the right to arrest me, declare me an enemy combatant[ I do like Indian food /ccboard/images/graemlins/smirk.gif so there is a connection ] and then send me to the Ukraine to be tortured .
Eh........... NO.

Does that make me a commie?

If I think that protesters [against the recent cartoons] should be arrested when they sport banners with 'kill those against islam'.

Does that make me rightwing?

One point.
If I go to a ME country and they say 'drawing a cartoon of the P is against the law'- fine. I have no problem with that but in our society we have freedom of expression. Wars were fought over this principal and we should never give it up. Its simple, if you dont like it , dont look.
Is thst rightwing or liberal? I dont know.

Too long, too long, who has time (or desire) to read that.
Even their position statement is a bureaucratic nightmare, imagine what their government would be like.

I like my stand as a political agnostic and will stick with it.
