Quality of Service

Has anyone done business with "Beads and Billiards" located in Washington state I believe? I wanted some information about one of their products so I sent them an email yesterday. I received a reply in about 30 minutes with the answer. Just wondering if their products and service are as good as their response was. Their prices seem reasonable and they have free ground shipping to boot.
