It seems the Cardinal in Los Angeles has encouraged Catholics to break the law by administering to Illegal Aliens.
Here's the law....
Whoever assists, encourages, directs, or induces a person to reside in or remain in the United States unlawfully-Knowing, or in reckless disregard of the fact that such person is an alien who lacks lawful authority to reside in or remain in the United States-shall be punished.
The Cardinal has written to the George Bush to direct him to change the law.
