View Full Version : Attempt to turn pool photo into an "art shot"

In working through the 507 negatives and 50 slides sent to me by Mike Haines, I occasionally come across an image that seems to lend itself to an "arty" treatment. Here's the original image and the "arty" treatment. BTW, I must credit Mike Haines for his invaluable advice on transforming the image. Your comments are welcome!

Try right-clicking on the area where the image is supposed to be and then choose, "Show Picture." Or, if all else fails, try these links:

Bill, CompUSA is having a sale this weekend on Corel software.
I've got their basic app, which I may upgrade....one of these days.
The "Painter Essentials" under $90, will allow you to turn those photos, into "paintings" complete with brush strokes.
