Good for him!! I hope I can keep going at that age. I hope I'm still alive and die at the hands of a jealous husband.LOL

Duane, we had a pool player in the Bay Area, George Tanner...didn't play any 9 ball until age 90, but had played snooker. I've mentioned George here before...he was still playing at age 99, not sure about 100, and sadly passed away at 101. George lived in Canada, but had a girlfriend, 14 yrs younger, that lived in SF. I used to give George a ride home, and kid him about robbing the cradle, or these May/Sept romances.
Told him i wanted to grow up and be just like him, a 99 yr old Gigalo. Great guy.....

Wow, that's incredible! Do you realize that even if he only averaged 3 games a week (a typical league night consists of a 3 game series) that he would have bowled nearly 13,000 games in that time. I'm sure the reality is he bowled much more than 3 games per week, so we can probably multiply that 13K a few times.
On another note that made me think about how if I live until I'm 102 and can still physically bowl, I will have bowled for a whole century! I was in a league when I was only 2 and still in diapers (at the time the youngest bowler in Alabama, and the second youngest in the US---to my knowledge). Then perhaps I could be Wolfdancers sports hero!

Sack, there's a chance that he also wears diapers??
They should have put a golf club in your hands at age 2...
