This guy is from the Czech Republic. His website (http://www.trickshot.ic.cz/) has this and other videos available for viewing. His stuff is very creative, innovative, and skillful.

Links to this and other video postings can be found under "videos" here (http://www.engr.colostate.edu/~dga/pool/threads.html).

Regards,
Dave

Hi!
I exchanged few emails with the guy, his name is Pavel Poledno, that table you can see in the video is some trashy 6 or 7footer with wooden slate, he bought it used for some 250 bucks. He has been practicing trickshots for 2 years for 2-5 hours every day. He doesnt play "normal" pool anymore which he used to for 5 years. He doesnt do exhibitions because he feels "he is just not good enough" but he plans to do them in 3-5 years time when he gets proficient enough in those trickshots. He says that he made a mistake - he has learnt many trickshots (about 500) but hasnt mastered them enough - he says that he is proficient only in easier trickshots, he usually needs 10-15 attemtps to make the hard ones... Well, thats what I call humbleness! /ccboard/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Ps. It seems like to pockets he does the trick shots on are extra large.Anyways his tricks are great, no matter how many tries it took and how big the pockets.
