I know Lance Armstrong (wonder if he's related to web page (http://scoop.diamondgalleries.com/scoop_article.asp?ai=607&si=128)) won 5 Tour D France races, after testicular surgery....and only two weeks after a similar operation, Billy Mayfair was competing in the PGA Championships last weekend.
This is a concern as a guy gets older...and I'm not sure what happens afterwards....do you grow breasts like Phil Mickleson, or sound like Truman Capote when you talk, can you throw away your razor blades...and does your wicket still get sticky?

Hi Jack,
A very old and dear friend of mine died a few years back. He had colon cancer, originally, and he eventually had to go through castration, and several years later, he died of bone cancer, . He could still have sex, though, after the testicular surgery. I think he had to take some hormonal therapy. He sounded and looked like the same old Charlie, though.
