Hola!

I was looking for more specifics on the X-Breaker, and I can't find anything on the U.S. Patent Office website. Do they have anything specific to them that they hold the rights to?

Thanks,

Carl

Plywood products are 'open domain' and do not require a patent.

I believe the only patent Predator has is on how the end of the cue shaft is constructed, not any on the plywood or laminated construction. Same for the Meucci red and black dot shafts.

Of course, this is just my opinion and from what I've read or seen since the early 90s.

I believe their patent was pending, and it is on the content and construction of the ferrule/tip combination.
go to X-Breaker website (http://www.xtremebilliard.com)

for more information. They have their own forum there.

The XBreaker shaft from Xtreme Billiards is a regular shaft.
