Berezovsky and Bush's brother in the crowd at the Emirates
Tuesday September 5, 2006
The exiled Russian oligarch Boris Berezovsky has made his first public appearance since being linked with the takeover of West Ham. Berezovsky was at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday in the company of Neil Bush the brother of the US president, George Bush.
Berezovsky has invested in an online educational company founded by the president's younger brother and invited Bush to join him in his box at Arsenal to watch the Brazil-Argentina friendly
BTW, next time anyone tries to blame Clinton for 9/11- just point them to this web page (http://www.rawstory.com/showarticle.php?src=http%3A%2F%2Felectioncentral.t pmcafe.com%2Fblog%2Felectioncentral%2F2006%2Fsep%2 F07%2Ffull_text_of_letter_from_bill_clinton_lawyer _to_abc_obtained)

Based on the feedback that followed the substance of the article, it seems that we are looking at a left leaning web site. People writing to complain about something they have not even seen. As for the letter, what would you expect from the Clinton Foundation? Of course they don't want the movie to air.
Q.....ONE SIMPLE QUESTION.....Have you read the 9/11 Commission report yourself? I have. Based on what I read, it would seem that Clinton did in fact give a vague order to "get BL", but none of the decision makers down the chain of command took any action. At every opportunity we had, someone decided there wasn't enough intelligence, or the information was bad, or some other excuse.
The other concern was that if we started launching missiles toward BL's camp without clearing it with neighboring countries, they might view it as a possible attack themselves. This was CLEARLY stated in the actual commission report.
I dare say that both the Clinton and Bush administrations might have done more to stop him. But the report also makes it clear that planning for 9/11 went on for several years during the Clinton administration. By the time GW took office, much of the planning was completed, and efforts were already well under way to complete the attack. One administration had years to work on this...another had a few months. If you want to blame an administration, the bigger share would be the one who had the opportunities to take care of it and didn't!
I don't blame Clinton...but there was certainly a lack of committment in his administration to stop BL during the years leading up to the attack. It was the culmination of years of work on their part, and years of [censored]-footing around on our part.
If your football team is down 28-0 and you send in a new quarterback in the last quarter, if you still lose, which quarterback contributed more to the loss???????????
