The brutal attempted rape that was caught on camera sealed the fate Billy TC.
Apparently, since Billy's arrival at the Kentucky Correctional Facility, the other prisoners have refused to enter the shower room- which is beginning to cause a health problem.
The Warden said, "once you have seen the video, I can't blame them".
The warden stressed that no-one gets special treatment in his prison.
