The PettyPoint Pool Hall has recently been the recipient of a totally absolutely awesome ####Leonard original work of art. Like I told ####, I know that it is such an overused phrase nowadays, but it is totally awesome! I truly love it.
I finally got a frame for it and have proudly hung it with greatest honors in a place that no one will miss - right above the refrigerator!

And right below the "Welcome To PettyPoint Pool Hall" sign.

Here's a close up.

I didn't want to burden the forum with the extra large picture, but if you want to see it, click here (http://www.pettypoint.com/poolpics/dickpic1.jpg).
If the painting looks familiar, it is probably because it's inspired by Vincent Van Gogh's painting "Night Cafe".
Although I can't find the artist's signature on the painting itself, in the margin just below the painting (that you can't see now due to the frame) are the handwritten words "Leonard Does Vincent". Too cool!
Of course, I like ####'s rendition a lot better! /ccboard/images/graemlins/laugh.gif
A surprise that also came with the picture were photocopies of old pictures that included our own cueball1950 as a real young man in the gallery! And a couple of cool newspaper articles about #### in his prime.
Thank you again, ####, for thinking of me and painting this great picture and taking the effort to send it to me. And thanks for letting me share it with the board. - what's left of it! /ccboard/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
