[ QUOTE ]
A radio advertisement running in Maryland, produced by the National Black Republican Association, has been drawing heat for claiming that Reverend Martin Luther King Jr. was really a Republican and that Democrats opposed all civil rights legislation from the 1860's to the 1960's and were responsible for starting the Ku Klux Klan. LMAo

I don't care if its true or not , its just funny.

It's another example of rewriting history....and the part about the min wage....ludicrous, unless they were referring to the one just passed with the tax break rider for the rich, attached to it.
The Republican party has no chance of ever capturing a Majority vote by Black voters....and it seems that the new strategy is to win the Hispanic vote, the largest minority group in many cities. just my own opinion though.
But.....It ain't over till the fat lady sings
