You're bringing back some fond memories. I was reading to my grand daughter from one of my old Nancy Drew books just last week. I loved those books when I was little. We lost a whole box of them in a move, after I was married. It broke my heart. They were all dated, and had my big scroll little girl writing inside. I only have a few left, but I look for them every time I pass an antique book store. I bought some of them for my daughter, when she was little. I think she still has hers. In the back of each book, they had an ordering list of titles. $1.50 for the first book, $.50 for each additional one, lol.

You may actually be right. Siegfried, while the oldest legend in Germany and mostly passed down by word of mouth, may have been a real person in history although I doubt his exploits were real. Broomhilde may have, in fact been an early Queen but, after all, who can compete with the Las Vegas version. Even the original was not eaten by a tiger and a Roy.....or, excuse me...boy.... </font color>

Wolfdancer the Congressmen in the next district John Sweeney,[Saratoga/Washington/Columbia] made the list of the 20 most corrupt congressmen. Could you try locating that list for me.####

Wolfdancer thanks for the list, I was glad to see that John Sweeny was on the list. I would have hated to be spreading lies about his moral character or in his case the lack of it.####
