How much would you pay for 4K3 w/ Z2 shaft

$375 for a Predator 4K3 and Z2 shaft. Slightly used. This a good deal? New ones go for $560 (w/o Z2) on the web.

But mebbe there's more than meets the eye here. Maybe 4K3 series was a lemon or something...
