Thought I would let those who knew Richard Story, that he passed away suddenly yesterday from an apparent heart attack. Many will know him from the American Cuest, others will remember him on a more personal basis.

So to a team mate of many yesterdays, a genuinely fine pool player and most of all, a unique gentleman and a friend whom will be missed, rest in peace Richard.

For quite a while, Richard was editor/owner of our only decent local pool-news publication, "Texas Billiard News". And a pretty good player as well.
