Mr. Ali Fadhil, Iraqi journalist, states this morning, on CNN, in contrast to General Barhera's statements, regarding the Iraq war, that our troops, imbedded with the Iraqs, are confiscating the cell phones, from the Iraqis, who are calling ahead to warn those whom are sought, in advance of arrival, and to advise them on how to plant IED's to kill our troops.

Mr. Fadhil stated that most Iraqis are so desparate, their main concern is how to get out of the country, and which in country they should try to find refuge from the war.

Mr. Fadhil's father, is a Sunni, his mother, a shia. He stated that nothing is improving, at all, and that violence is only increasing, day by day.

IED's are now being planted on the runways where supply planes land with supplies. More devastating bombs, made of clorine gas, are being used.

We have lost the war. Sending in more troops, is a waste of life and treasure. There has been no progress. The Iraqi government is corrupt, and Senators, both republican and democratic, who were in Iraq, have referred to the arrogance of Maliki. The Genreal in command stated that only a political solution could end the war, which cannot be on militarily.

No progress has been made.

He knows that an increase of attacks in Iraq is a sign of progress, because those insurgents wouldn’t be so pissed off if we weren’t handing them their asses on a regular basis.

He doesn’t know what Victory in Iraq actually means, but he’s damned sure if we don’t win, it will be because the American people aren’t supporting this war – our opinions at home, rather than military strategy and planning, being the make-or-break in such situations.
