Why don't the Christians go back to Europe? They foul the air with the idea, they know God's phone number.

It's a Christian Generation. Don't you know the history of the Pledge... and "In God We Trust" on money and "E Pluribus Unum."...

These things are obviously too confusing for people, maybe the flag and our currency need warning labels.

You go and try and do something good and stupid people have to ruin it for everybody.

Jesus is just alright with me. It's those stinkin
televangelists, and moral majority and religious right
and cults and religious nuts who shoot abortion doctors
in Jesus's name who give Christianity a bad name.
I guess God could step in and stop all that crap but
that's not the way he operates.

Also, people gripe about the hypocitical sinners who
go to church. Well, sure. Sinners are supposed to go to
church. When people give me a hard time for going I say,
"Don't you think I need to go?"
As far as hypocrites, we're all hypocrites, brother.
I've improved over the years but still... It ain't
easy being sleazy.
I have an addictive, compulsive personality.
I could pray about it, but as George Jones say, "I'm
not ready yet."
