Q, I saw that the other day...Bush senior also did not want to occupy Iraq....but GWB is a visionary who's not bound by normal common sense restraints...he's able to think outside the brain..."Dr. Strangelove" is now President....

Dick, a mixed metaphor...but it still works. In what looks like another sweetheart deal...Northrup Grumman was appointed the overseer on a project to upgrade the CG Fleet. Since they also had the repair contract...they were now being paid to oversee themselves....you can guess the results...8 ships lost, along with over %100 mil....with the worst yet to come...they'll be building 3 new ones
The problems are almost criminal design flaws...security cameras that have the bridge as a blind spot...electronics so unsecured that anyone can listen in...
