nAz, I wouldn't send them your personal info over the net...instead mail them a blank check, a credit card number, copy of your driver's license, and birth certificate...and that should satisfy the requirement for you to get your money.
I'm guessing from that letter that English grammar in England differs widely from English grammar here.

Nigeria must be one of the richest countries in the world...what with all these rich people dying intestate, and then foreign companies forgetting about millions owed for services....
The banks probably got so much money, and now no place to store it...so they are desperate to pay out these sums.
You're totally safe on this transaction, because you are dealing with the top guy Prof. Executive governor....in our Government, you'd have to go all the way up to Carl Rove's position, to find someone equally as trustworthy....
