Had my little eight year old grand daughter at the Marina with us last week to live aboard with us. She had her casting rod in her hand from the moment she got up in the morning, till we went to the pool, to swim our laps, in the evenings. It was too windy to take the baot out, but that was fine with her. Her heaven, is fishing off the pier.

Here's the funny part. We gave her the digital still shot camera for an hour, and told her to take any pics she wanted. Later, when we all got together to view them, there were five shots of her casting rod! Dead give away!
She's definately hooked on fishing!
