Them tricky Fla Republicans....... Watching CNN the other nite, it seems the Fla Dems were forced to sign a bill, to move the primary up....forced because the bill contained a measure to provide some provisions to insure an accurate Fla votes count...seems like in the last election there was 18,00 votes missing from a district that usually votes Democratic...the result, a Republican won a Congressional seat by 400 votes.( Kind of makes you wonder if maybe the Presidential votes were counted right????? )
Moving the primary up is against the DNC rules, and they are threatening to invalidate the Fla Dem votes at the national convention ....damned if you do, and damned if you don't...score one for the right....

How about their plan for California? Republicans will be burning the midnight oils in preparation for throwing the next election, especially since their plans for criminalizing the DOJ didn't work out too well. Rove had to move his entire mud slinging, voter purging. phone jamming election plan back to Texas, away from the public eye.

I think that Gonzales and Rove leaving virtually at the same time signals that the caging story is finally going to break. There are official emails out there, between Rove, Gonzales and others, that clearly outline attempts to suppress the African American vote through caging.
Either that is playing into their mutual resignations, Or the fact that the only acceptable punishment for violating the Hatch Act, is criminal action, and/or dismissal.
If we're lucky, these resignations are not just a distraction for some dark and evil Cheney plan, like their first one, only involving Iran, this time. He's been back under his undisclosed rock, again, and too quiet for comfort.
Remember the airline stock plummet just before 9/11?
