Antique pool table questions

I purchased a 10' 1916 Brunswick Kling a few months ago. Absolutely adore the table, and am looking to get a few accessories. The "shields" are missing from the outside of the pockets. There are snaps on each side of the pocket where I imagine the shield will snap onto. Does anyone know where I can get something close to the original?

Also I understand that there should be red pocket liners. Are there any other parts to the pockets that I should be on the lookout for?

Call Dave at Hood Leather. 800-962-9695 He can help with both the shields and the red trim. They can duplicate the originals (including snaps). It sounds like you will need to have you pockets rebuilt as you cannot correctly attach those parts without taking the pocket apart. Once you get that far, you might as well replace all the leather. Just my $.02
