Hey guys. I only get to shoot pool about one day a week, cause the local pool hall has a discount on table time. So that is usually when I end up going. Unfortunately, this leads to a long time between sessions and makes them long sessions. After I am done, I usually get a back ache. Not sure if it is because of my mechanics or not. I know most of the problem is I am out of shape and don't play often enough. But I thought that there might be any stretches that might decrease this. Been reading here for a month or so and love the advice I've seen. Thanks in advance.

I hear Allison Fisher and Gerda Hofstatter are heavily into Yoga, but I haven't seen anything published that is Yoga specific for pool.
