View Full Version : Handy lil Drill (beginners)
Here is a drill that is very hand for making a very common type shot while being able to move the cueball around with a great deal of accuracy. Set the balls up as shown in the 3 diagrams and experiment a bit with bottom.. center and top spin try and hit the three balls 1 at a time with just enough weight to give them a small nudge.

sorry if you dont know what all of the sybols are then they are for weis pool table which you can go see at http://endeavor.med.nyu.edu/~wei/pool/preset/3ball.html
just copy all of the stuff you see here then go to the wei table and past it there.

please let me know if you like this drill at all or let me know if you want me to continue posting things similar to this judging from the responce so far it does not look like ive been very helpful to anyone.

Your drills for beginners are appreciated. I do these touch drills all the time, they are very usefull...Your rehabilitation is going well. /ccboard/images/icons/smile.gif

I tried this drill today and liked it. As with all good drills, I found my rate of success ultimately boiling down to my stroke. Thanks for posting it.

Hi Ken,
My wife read your drill and asked how it was done. After explaining the drill is 3 separate shots, she quickly seen the advantages of doing it. Just because you might not see the responce doesn't mean the post isn't helpful to someone. I rather liked it. It's simple and straight to the point. If you have more, post them babies....
