Come on Bill say it isn't so. /ccboard/images/graemlins/frown.gif

According to ESPN, Zach Thomas is going to be cut. What are the chances the Patriots will pick him up? If they had room for Seau they will definitely have room for Thomas.

eg8r <~~~another sad day for a Dolphin fan

Trent is also gone and another but I forget who. Bill will probably trade the first pick for several quality players. Who's going to be the QB? John Beck? I heard that he'll be gone as well. The dolphins need a complete makeover.

Ed, how is your daughter?

Yeah, there is no love lost with Trent leaving. I did not care too much for the injury prone guy as it was. They also let go Traylor I believe and a couple other defensive guys. From what I have heard the defense was not as big as Parcells likes so he is moving them out.

I don't really think John Beck is going to be the QB and I am sure Bill is trying to get Jerry to give him a bunch of players for that first pick. /ccboard/images/graemlins/smile.gif

She is fine. She was in the hospital this week for dehydration but she is doing much better. She has strep throat and is on antibiotics right now.

Beck didn't get much of a chance as the few times he did play, he was runing for his life. No protection from the front line. They had too many injuries for him to be effective.

I'm trying to share your pain, but still haven't fully recovered from a good fielding first baseman letting a routine ground ball go through his glove, or a one legged batter hitting a home run off one of the best pitchers in baseball. (Buckner, Gibson, Gossage)
With just a little luck...the Dolphins could own two records in the NFL....an undefeated season, and a winless one.....
Thank God though....there's always Jai-Alai down there in Mimai as an alternative to Football

Well the Dolphins skipped the winless season with one glorious victory near the end. /ccboard/images/graemlins/smile.gif Is Jai-alai still popular?

Is Jai-alai still popular?
When the MGM opened in Reno, they had a Jai Alai court, thinking it was going to become popular to bet on the matches....it just never made it past the first few months.
The Casino sits between Reno and Sparks, with nothing close by. It's on it's third ownership now....they forgot about "location, location"
