House sitting

I'll be doing that over the next two weeks for my friends, who are taking a much needed vacation in Hawaii. My chief duties will be to feed the dog,cat, chickens, and humming birds.
I'm planning on making things simple, since I ain't a country boy...I'll feed the chickens to the dog and cat, but wonder if the chickens will enjoy dining on the humming birds???
It's a great place in the country...3 acres with a small river at the property edge, and if i don't break a leg tripping over the kid's toys....might be a nice getaway from all this chickensh*t "Democrats are doing the Devil's work" here.....
