If they're going to be out there non stop decrying the Stimulus Bill, knowing damn well that the economy crashed on Bush's watch, and that they spent like a bunch of bi-polar shopaholics, throughout their majority, where do they get the nerve to be scurrying around begging for their cut of the stimulous money?
What a bunch of hypocrites!
The Deregulation, War Mongering, irrationally exuberant Free market solve all, lying P'sOS!
While we're all still paying for Bush's failed attempts at foreign policy. Does anyone know the on-going interest we've paid out to China and Japan for Bush's unwinnable wars?

If you have to ask...you can't afford it. I think Japan gets Fla and Disneyworld, plus Jeb as acting Shogun.
China gets Ca, Arnold and several tons of anabolic steroids...
Re: the stimulas...seems the brain trust here would opt for the Hoover admins "Do nothing" policy....
I think this paragraph has the best take on it that I have read: (especially the line "nobody knows"...not even the right on here???)
"The answer is nobody knows. The economists donít know. All you know is you throw everything at it and whether itís more effective if youíre fighting a fire to be concentrating the water flow on this part or that part. Youíre going to use every weapon you have in fighting it. And people, they do not know exactly what the effects are. Economists like to talk about it, but in the end theyíve been very, very wrong and most of them in recent years on this. We donít know the perfect answers on it. What we do know is to stand by and do nothing is a terrible mistake or to follow Hoover-like policies would be a mistake and we donít know how effective in the short run we donít know how effective this will be and how quickly things will right themselves. We do know over time the American machine works wonderfully and it will work wonderfully again."

Scream louder, Gayle. It's always somebody else's fault and it always will be. We don't expect the ignorant to understand anything let alone take responsibility so just yell and point and blame, it only shows how empty you are of anything worthwhile.
Your blood stains hands will not be cleansed by your pathetic rants.
Actually the economy crashed while on the Dems watch. It is Congress that looked the other way when the economy went down the tubes. Then when they decided to write a stimulus bill they threw in all the pork they could handle.

Yep, I've seen him interviewed several times.
Anyone who is whining about the stimulus, is actually proving their own ignorance.
Listening to these RW whiners, yapping about unemployment, blaming Obama, is a joke!
Under Bush, we were seeing upwards of 600,000 new unemployed each month. Now, those numbers have dropped by over half. So do they stop to figure out how many of the unemployed in our current numbers are among those who lost their jobs under Bush? Do they give Obama any credit at all for diverting a pressing disaster? Nope! Do they give him any credit for trying to reach ouut across the isle? Nope. do they see the hypocracy of Republicans bashing him non stop, for the multi messes left to him by the Bush Administration? Failed Republican policies? exhurerant de-regulation, no doubt, a Republican matra? Cut taxes, and launch un-necessary war in Iraq, while dropping the al Qaeda ball in afghanistan? Nope! A whole year in a recession, before Bush and his puppets would acknowledge that we were in fact IN a recession? Nope Accumulating debts with interest left over from eight years of Bush? Nope. Their memory faios them, whie they are on here accusing those of us from the left, of senility! BWA HA HA HA!
All they can come up with when we reiterate the facts, is insults, and the stain on Monika's dress!
