Are the 70's over yet??....I may have slept through them.
Oddly enough as the "Rolling Stone mag covers are flipped throughout this song ...the cover with John Lennon on it lists an article inside titled "Character Assassination"

I don't miss the 70's, especially the music. I was never "groovy" but I hated the Disco scene. The music was very uncreative. I was more into Yes, Genesis, ELP, and good ol' rock and roll. I used to go to the Spectrum in Philly, and people would walk around the floor with bedsheets spray painted with "Disco Sucks" and the crowd would go wild. No reserve seating on the floor, just take a blanket and mellow out.
