View Full Version : If Obama is smart he'll raise the white flag ...

I doubt that he is.

IOW ... the law of unintended consequences rears it's head again.

Obama, in the style of the typical megalomaniac, has horribly misread the nation. He took the idea that conservatives were sick of the Bush White House's dem-lite faux conservatism, in combination with his undeniable ability to manipulate the far left dembot minority, meant that the typical American was as malleable a dolt as the people fainting at his campaign rallies.

The reality is that his war on Limbaugh has caused RL's audience to nearly double while causing his own poll numbers to plummet.

At the time I had to agree with Tommy that it was highly suspect that Rush's ratings actually doubled. I thought they had gone up, but when you have twenty million listeners, the law of diminishing returns kicks in.

Let's get the claim accurate. According to Talkers magazine earlier this month, Rush's ratings nearly doubled from 14 to 25 million. And now we have some hard numbers rolling in to check the claim. According to The Radio Equalizer, most markets saw a significant increase. In some markets Rush did much better than others, and here are some in which Rush's bump was jaw dropping.</div></div>

Meanwhile, the White House war on Fox News has driven their ratings to levels not seen since the election as viewers are bailing from the Obama lap dog media to Fox.

And a big shout out to my man Van Jones who fired the first shots in the war.

It caused Beck's ratings to jump and caused dearest leader to dump Jones like yesterday's trash.

HOW CAN THIS BE? (http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/showtracker/2009/08/as-boycott-continues-glenn-becks-audience-swells.html)

Please Mr President, don't stop your petty vendetta against the people.

Your petty actions have done more to educate the electorate and energize the conservatives in this country than anything the republican party could have dreamed of.

Judgement day is coming Mr President ... and as a patriot I want to thank you for your part in promoting it.

I think I hear crickets.

Deafening crickets.
