First we had have a purple shirted union thug beating a black man for daring oppose dear leader, and now this:

<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">Recently a lot of hubbub had been made about the possibility that the peaceful tea party protests and some conservative voices would stir up emotions that could lead to violence. Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi was even one of those sounding that alarm.

<span style='font-size: 14pt'>But what has gone unsaid by those same voices has been the possibility of violence against those who might take a position antithetical to that of the left.</span>

Case in point: CNN's Lou Dobbs. Dobbs, who has been the target of a smear campaign by the left-wing noise machine, told his radio audience on Oct. 26 that his home had been shot at three weeks earlier. (Unabbreviated audio available here)

"But I want to tell you, when you talk about what they've done - they've created an atmosphere and they've been unrelenting in their propaganda," Dobbs said. "Three weeks ago this morning, a shot was fired at my house where I live. My wife was standing out and that followed weeks and weeks of threatening phone calls."

Dobbs detailed the event, the notification of law enforcement and threatening phone calls he had received after the fact.

"And, as I told the state patrol, and by the way, the New Jersey State Patrol is absolutely terrific - they responded instantly. But this shot was fired with my wife not, I don't know, 15 feet away and we had threatening phone calls that I decided not to report because I get threatening phone calls," Dobbs continued. "I now - it's become a way of life - the anger, the hate, the vitriol, but it's taken a different tone where they've threatened my wife. They've now fired a shot at my house while my wife was standing next to the car. It's become something else."

The CNN host later took a shot at the "national liberal media," which he claims has taken a side on the immigration issue and has created this sort of reckless environment.

"But we've got to start being honest," Dobbs said. "Instead, the national liberal media has chosen sides and they've decided that they're going to focus on the liberal view, which is that they will embrace illegal immigration - no matter who is harmed, no matter how many laws are broken or how few consequences there are for breaking those laws."

Dobbs had been attacked by Fox News host Geraldo Rivera earlier and told his listeners that following these events that he was in no mood for attacks from Rivera.

"My wife has now been, and I have been, shot at, our driver," Dobbs said. "My house has been shot and hit. An investigation continues. I've had bodyguards now and you know what, I'm not in the mood to put up with little fools like Geraldo Rivera."</div></div>

The mentally imbalanced moonbat crazy fringe on the far left in America are some very dangerous people.

I know, It reminds me fo the left's most famous shooters, the gangs, who hold the guns sideways while shooting. A typical gang related shooting involves 7 or so guns and dozens of shots being fired but usually only one or two deaths. Come on! AK's at less that 20 feet and you can't even wipe out the majority of the competition!

These clowns would have lasted about 15 minute in Nam. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

In addition, when they run away, their pants fall down around their ankles. Not so great preparation for a war, much like the forethought on Health Care Reform.... /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

What's said is the LEO's are usually only slightly better.

I often shoot at ranges used by the Cinci and Dayton PD's ... and they have convinced me not to rely on them in a fire fight emergency.

LWW &lt;--- Drills the X ring 90%+ at combat range.

You guys should really get into some IDPA matches. Realistic conditions, shooting on the move, plus it's great fun. Only problem is Obama done caused Ammo to go up so much its getting expensive to shoot as often as I want.

I've thought about doing that.

Just turned 53 and still have better than 20-20 vision at anything past 2 feet.

Even though the front sight is just a tad fuzzy it's clearly visible and the target is razor sharp to my eyes.

5 ft 11.5 inches tall, 178.5 lbs, 16.5% body fat, and can still pass US Army PT specs for a 27 YO old and can still do an effective head shot at 100 yards with my AR-15 using iron sights.

LWW &lt;--- Loves to shoot and is a welfare state girlie man thug wannabe's worst nightmare.
