You poor clueless tool ... that isn't a republican.

Now, with the republican candidate endorsing the democratic candidate, the democrat couldn't garner a simple majority.

Stop getting your results from PufiingtonPost for once.

I am posting this not for you ... you after all have shown a love for thinking from a position of near total ignorance of the facts ... but for anyone who might not know any better and think you actually had a whisp of a clue.

<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">The American Conservative Party Supports Doug Hoffman as Candidate for the US House of Representatives from New York's 23rd District.

“We believe that Doug Hoffman, not Dede Scozzafava, should represent the citizens of NY23 in the House of Representatives. Dede is an embarrassing, self-serving, union-supporting liberal who has called the police on reporters, threatened to jump to the Democratic Party, and refused to accept invitations to an open debate. She is of questionable fitness to hold a seat in the House of Representatives, and definitely unfit to hold the line against government growth, spending, and abuse of power.” said Charles Domino, Secretary of the American Conservative Party.

Both parties seek to elect conservatives to office, but <span style='font-size: 17pt'>Doug Hoffman is a candidate for the Conservative Party of New York State (CPNYS)</span></div></div>

Is there some problem with the board. I would have sworn that more than Q would have jumped on this subject. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

He ran on the Conservative Party ticket, so what.
<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">The Conservative Party of New York State is a political party in New York State (USA) that was formed in 1962 in response to the liberal leanings of the state Republican Party (which was dominated by then Governor Nelson Rockefeller). It remains an influential third party in that very liberal state. <span style='font-size: 14pt'>Though it keeps its independence from the state Republican Party, it cross endorses the Republican Party for President consistently. In state elections, ever since Nelson Rockefeller left the Governorship, it also has been cross-endorsing Republican candidates for governor</span> (but not always without interparty strife with the Republicans and intra-party strife within the Conservative Party). [1]

Because of New York State's fusion voting, <span style='font-size: 14pt'>a candidate can be the nominee of more than one political party. The Conservative Party therefore can either nominate the candidate of the Republican Party (or very rarely, the Democratic Party or another party), or run their own candidate. This way if the Republican candidate is too liberal, the Conservative Party can deny them their ballot line and run against them,</span> but if the Republican candidate is a conservative, people can vote for them on the Conservative or Republican ballot lines and either way will count toward that candidate's total vote. </div></div>

If it walks like a duck...

<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">And so Doug Hoffman came up short--at least for now. A couple weeks ago, he told me that that regardless of tonight's outcome: <span style='font-size: 20pt'>"I will run in the Republican primary" in 2010.</span> </div></div> link (http://www.weeklystandard.com/Weblogs/TWSFP/TWSFPView.asp#13864)

I think the severe mourning is about a year away. Right now, they are just suffering from anxiety after getting a preview of things to come.

Nope.

The mourning is over.

Pelosi has said they won, so the little dembots believe they won.
