Why are we moving 9/11 terrorists to New York City for a trial in federal court? Did they not declare war on the US? Does that not make them military combatants? Shouldn't this be handled in a military tribunal?
By moving to a civil court, several things happen. One, a lot of classified information that might otherwise be used in evidence against them won't be released in a public trial.
I think maybe this is Obama's way of apeasing the left by making public some information that may make the FBI under the Bush administration look bad.
The longer this man is in office, the more I wonder where his loyalty really lies.
