I took this pic of my son at Sesame Place In PA(he is carrying the green inner tube). I didnt see anything when i took the pic, but when you blow it up, its inexplicable. Definately not photoshopped.

Its definitely a high altitude US airforce weather balloon.
And when it crashed all themz bodys were dummys.
