What Eric Holder didn't say this AM ...

- In 2002 Mr Holder stated that the detainees were not entitled to ever Geneva Convention protections

- On December 8, 2008, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his four co-defendants told the judge that they wished to confess and plead guilty to all charges.

- That he helped broker the pardon of Marc Rich during the closing days of the Clinton admin.

- That in 2001 he went to work at the firm of Covington & Burling in in DC ... and that this firm represented 16 detainees.

- That during 2004 he was hired by then Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich during one of Rod's many scandals ... this one over gaming.

- That he failed to disclose this during the USAG confirmation hearings.

So ... to make a short story long, Mr Holder is taking people who have confessed in open court in front of their tribunal and given them a months long infomercial to rail against America.

If the terrorists are smart, they will choose to defend themselves, which, under the rules of disclosure in our court system, would give them access to an incredible amount of sensitive and even classified information as to our intelligence processes.

This whole circus is just another of the left's efforts to undermine this country, and in particular, the previous administration. There is no reason at all for these terrorists to be in federal court in NYC other than for a media event.

They have already made that decision at Gitmo.

Undoubtedly this fiasco allows Holder/Obama to weaken US intelligence gathering and put the Bush administration on trial while attempting to maintain plausible deniability for the blame on the damage this causes.

Roughly 25% will buy it ... the rest of us have sense.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if the birthers started winning some converts as a possible method of getting rid of The Moron. If we had a clear understanding of his background, it would have been much more likely that he would not have been elected but the wimpy opposition along with the sycophant media manager to 'overlook' the obvious truth of his anti-american ideology.
