Cue Cleaners/Sealers

Does anyone know the basic ingredients of the average cue shaft cleaners/sealers? The mad scientist is in his lab over here.

I like Q-CLEAN and use very small amounts of pure carnauba once it's clean.

Here's what I did:
1. Start with a wet MrClean ME, let dry
2. Rub isopropyl alcohol, let dry
3. Carnauba wax, let dry
4. Very light sand paper
5. Burnish the shaft with leather rag

I did all this on my lathe and the results were incredible. I only shoot about twice a week for league so I expect it will last a long while. It didn't turn my shaft bright white again, but I'm not worried about the look, I'm worried about the feel. And the feel is great. Thanks for the advice, guys!
