Obama has been telling us we need his healthcare bill to prevent the big bad insurance companies from raising rates.

Would one of you well read political junkies who I know have already read the entire bill they are voting on this weekend, please tell me where this provision Obama has promised is located????

I'm wondering on how 219 representatives of the people can vote on it without reading it ... yet you seem to think that it's a good thing as long as they through out all the right catch phrases on TV sound bites.
