Dearest leader simply cannot tolerate that a company be perceived as doing the right thing ... which BP seemed to be doing ... and instead insists that the omnipotent state be seen as the one paying claimants.

Like all state ran operations, this fund will fall victim to state overhead combined with fraud and corruption and will result in fewer people receiving smaller claims that will take longer to get.

And the Obamatrons of the world will hail it as progress and leadership.
