View Full Version : The Moron is eyeball deep in another felony

According the the testimony of former IL governor's top aid, in the Blagojevich corruption trial, The Moron was aware of a deal to make Valerie Jarrett IL Senator in exchange for making Blagojevich a Cabinet member.
There is so much corruption in this administration, what difference does adding one more felony to the growing list make?

Valerie Jarret has some amazing credentials....a degree in Psychology from Stanford, and a law degree from Michigan.
I'd say she compares pretty favorably with any appointees, the non-indicted ones, from the GWB admin.
I'm surprised though that you did not jump on her Iran Connection? whoo whoo....
"Jarrett’s father was a doctor, and in the 1950s, he and his wife, Barbara, who is an expert in early childhood development, moved to Shiraz, Iran, about 500 miles south of Tehran. He was part of a program that sent American doctors and agriculture experts to developing nations, and Jarrett was born in 1956 at Nemazee Hospital, the brand-new hospital for which her father worked. They lived in Iran for six years, and moved to England for one year before returned to Chicago and settling in Hyde Park."
The people that you call morons seem to be very well educated...I can only guess then, that you have earned a couple of PhD's??

<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">CHICAGO – Rod Blagojevich became bitter when told that he would receive thanks — but nothing else — from Barack Obama in return for naming a friend of the newly elected president to the Senate, according to an FBI tape played Thursday at the former governor's corruption trial.
Blagojevich's trial proceeded after Judge James B. Zagel turned down a defense request for a delay following a new Supreme Court decision in a different case limiting the use of the "honest services" law — the basis for some charges against Blagojevich.
With former Blagojevich chief of staff John Harris on the stand, prosecutors played an FBI tape on which Harris is heard telling the governor that the Obama camp sent word that it would be "thankful and appreciative" if Valerie Jarrett were appointed to the Senate seat.
Jarrett, a Chicago businesswoman and former aide to Mayor Richard M. Daley, was a longtime Obama family friend and the president-elect wanted her to have the Senate seat he was leaving.
Blagojevich had allegedly sent word through a labor union official that he would appoint Jarrett if Obama agreed to appoint him as secretary of health and human services.
Blagojevich apparently took the words "thankful and appreciative" as a sign that the Obama camp didn't want such a deal. Jarrett later withdrew her name and is now a White House adviser, and Blagojevich named former Illinois Attorney General Roland Burris to the Senate.
"<span style='font-size: 14pt'><u>They're not willing to give me anything but appreciation</u>," Blagojevich is heard on the tape saying glumly, punctuating his remark, "(Expletive) them.</span>" </div></div>
There was no deal........moron.
Fear not ... the far left will lick the "OFFICIAL EXPLANATION" from the spoon and regurgitate it without hesitation.
Is this going to be the same outcome as the secretary's trial? How are they ever going to prove what Obama was "aware" of?

Obama is becoming an insult to pond scum.

No doubt that The Moron had a heads up on the wiretap on Blago's phone and was therefore making himself look good when it came to trial. He has no compunction about breaking the law when it suits him and that recording is just a little too neat and self-serving to be taken at face value.

I do notice that some quotes are without a link so the source might be highly questionable and even a lefty is embarrassed to by it.

wow!...so he incriminated himself,in your opinion, by not incriminating himself, because he knew the phones were tapped.
Go to the head of the class!!!
