Jeesh, our lazy dems decided to attack one issue Americans have on the radar and after all their hardwork on that issue only 13% of Americans think it will help them. Imagine that. Dems choose an issue which ranks only at 5% importance amongst Americans and the best they can do is 13% who think there is any benefit. Embarrasing. With 36% approval that means there are 23% who approve trillion dollar legislation and don't even expect to get any benefit. Sad.
