I sold These Qs for several years,(but not currently) &amp; always felt that the "CERTICATION" statement was very misleading. Even the certificate itself has to be read carefully, to see just what you're getting. Having said that I can't agree with the criticism of the quality of the Qs themselves. I always thought they looked &amp; played great. George Fels told me that they were the best quality Q for the money. If I'm not mistaken, when I saw him at Chicago's CITY POOL HALL he was playing with one...JER
