Shippers are starting to move. Rails are starting to show increased activity. If paper and copper follow it could be good. If we can just get those damn stingy evil rich people to spend some money on Xmas....oh, I forgot, we're taking their money and giving it to all those responsible citizens who had the good sense to bury themselves in debt.

Keep your eyes open. The last adjustable ARMs come due this fall.
That coupled with tax increases could be a 1-2 punch we dont need.
