It sounds like the book should have been titled "Revision Points"
It'll make a great addition to the Bush Library, which presently has but one book in it,....and he has already colored the pictures....sounds like he has already "colored" this latest history rewrite, as well.
But, I understand it is already #1 on the Best Seller's fiction list?

LOL, I read one article that said it should be in the crime section of the book stores. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

Also, Clinton's book sold more than twice as many copies the day it came out.

Humph!

Don't you find it odd that your article didn't list any actual plagiarism?

Two people recalling an incident the same way is an indication that it is likely the truth.

"Plagarism" in the thread title only serves to draw attention. This is normal for Gayle, who frequently puts up a BS thread title that ultimately is disproved when you dig a little deeper.

They are so used to lying that is just comes naturally. They don't even think twice about it.

Dishonesty rules our radical leftwingnuts around here.

This mat be the most ludicrous of all ludacrous leftist sliming threads of all time.

Here's an example:

"The surge gave [McCain] a chance to create distance between us, but he didn't take it. He had been a longtime advocate of more troops in Iraq, and he supported the new strategy wholeheartedly. "I cannot guarantee success," he said, "But I can guarantee failure if we don't adopt this new strategy." A dramatic and untold coming-together of longtime rivals? Well, not so much. It comes straight from a Washington Post story. McCain was talking to reporters, not to Bush.

So Bush quoted what McCain said ... which PuffingtonHost confirms McCain actually said by linking to the article where he said it ... and that is claimed to be plagiarism?

Only by adding in the lie that Bush claims this was said to him in private ... which they oddly cannot find the quote to verify this.

This is yet another example of the far left media feeding their minions the gin laced raw meat of hate on a spoon.

How lame.

"Crown also got a mash-up of worn-out anecdotes from previously published memoirs written by his subordinates, from which Bush lifts quotes word for word, passing them off as his own recollections. He took equal license in lifting from nonfiction books about his presidency or newspaper or magazine articles from the time. Far from shedding light on how the president approached the crucial "decision points" of his presidency, the clip jobs illuminate something shallower and less surprising about Bush's character: He's too lazy to write his own memoir."

And, yet, the killer b's swear there is no plagiarism? Hmmmm.

How do you accurately quote someone without quoting them word for word?

If they refuse to admit that he lied us into a war, cherry picked the intelligence, outed a covert CIA NOC Agent specialist on WMD's because her husband exposed their lies, trashed the environment, broke the FISA laws, committed treason, broke the Geneva Conventions, corrupted the Department Of Justice, mismanaged the very war he lied us into, failed to give our soldiers decent equipment, gave the signal to Wall Street, there would be no tight oversight, left this country near a total collapse, after digging us into more debt than we had ever accumulated, and put us into a trick bag with China, how could we expect them to be able to admit he committed plagiarism!

If you don't use footnotes to indicate the original author, after lifting whole paragraphs word for word, from their published work, it's clearly plagiarism.

Please forgive lww. I heard he was home-schooled by his wife.
"Plagiarim" was one of those big words like " mayonnaise"
that good little Right wingers avoid.
They prefer single syllable words like "hate" and "fear."

As Limbaugh has pointed out many time, for the Left, it is seriousness of the charge that gives it life, not the truth of it.

There is no truth in this serious smear and there should be a method to hold those that lie for a living to account.

Be careful saying that to Hondo, I'm not sure what part of WV he's from... but my Grandma and some other family lived there in their youth and many one syllable words come out as 2 syllables.

So cute, her husband's name is Bill. It comes out as "Bee-yil" when she calls him /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

Unlike you I don't go around insulting others just to impress the Klan. Here's a tip for you (write it down)
If you wouldn't say it in person, face to face....then don't write it down.

.........probably too proud to ask, eh
You know what they say about pride:
<div class="ubbcode-block"><div class="ubbcode-header">Quote:</div><div class="ubbcode-body">) "Pride goeth before the fall...actually pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall."
It means that the next step after being all puffed up with arrogance could be falling flat on your face. </div></div>
But I understand....you have to keep the illusion up.... that you are a "thinker"

pooltchr
11-14-2010, 04:15 PM
It has nothing to do with pride. It's more like you have absolutely nothing to offer that I would think was even worth of consideration.

But you probably knew that, and just decided to play stupid.

What was wrong with his advice?
A real man should be able to back up his words.
Should he not?

I hate playing this game with you or any fellow creature of God.
I asked for a truce last week and you laughed in my face.
I would have absolutely no qualms about facing you or lww and
discussing our differences like real men, but I know you two would rather have a root canal than talk to me personally.
I'm sure this is where lww will fire back with his tired old tale about trying to draw him into a trap but he's lying as usual.
