6714 earmarks (roughly $8.3 billion worth). That only includes disclosed earmarks, and not the undisclosed ones.

And Paul's supposed policy of being against them... well I counted his name on the list over a dozen times before I got tired of counting.

I really can't wait to dive into this one a little deeper and see what shakes out.

I thought I read somewhere that Reid was not going to push the Omnibus bill and will try to work with Reps on a short term budget. Hopefully all these earmarks don't make them into the short term budget.

They gotta get their pork before the other party takes over next month.

I'm so glad that Obama managed to bring about more of the "change" he promised!
