Snooker Cues

It seems the popular weight of pool cues are from 18-21 oz. In comparison, what are the popular cue weight of snooker cues?

I don't know what is popular with the pros but I have a 17 oz that I use for snooker. It's over 60 years old. Due to the ball weight I prefer the lighter weight cue.

Here's a link to the website of the best snooker cue builder in the world - John Parris (36 of the top 50 pros use his cue - and it's not because they're paid to). Weights seem to range from a low of 16 oz. to a high of 21 oz. Typical is around 18.5 oz.
