Let's review:
1 - He became intrigued by antigovernment conspiracy theories, including that the Sept. 11 attacks were perpetrated by the government ...
2 - and that the country’s central banking system was enslaving its citizens.
3 - His anger would well up at the sight of President George W. Bush
4 - Believed in lucid dreaming.
5 - Read Karl Marx.
6 - Was a drug user.
7 - Had an arrest record over drug use.
I can think of several members who fit 5 of 7 ... and one who matches up on 7 of 7 with Loughner.
