We need to cut the deficit, that's the main thing.

What do they do?

Hold the whole country hostage until the richest people in America get a tax cut...that the country can't afford.

Now its time to seriously cut spending. Lets go after the rich freeloaders.............the teachers, bus drivers, etc etc etc etc etc ............and at the same time give tax breaks for the biggest corporations.........because we all know the money will trickle down and you too can be a millionaire, which by Fox standards isn't even rich.

Have you ever seen anything like it?

Once they're brainwashed, it lasts a lifetime.
And to think we've just had a refresher course in the disastrous results, of failed Republican Economics, throughout the entire Bush Tenure, which proved AGAIN, that Trickle Down doesn't work! That the Deregulatory and Privatization policies, of Freidman style Fascism, always leads to redistribution of wealth, to the top, and a failed economy.

Were they all asleep???!!!!

BTW, did you ever catch the documentary movies, The Shock Doctrine or Gasland ????

By the time the right wakes up, it will be too late.

You mean AFTER it threw off something like $2.5 trillion in excess tax revenues over its expenditures? Until that amount of money is wholly redeemed to SS's spending side, SS will have cost nothing on a net basis to the federal government (since it was paid out of dedicated payroll taxes).

Exactly right! Any time you funnel that kind of money through Washington, you can expect it to get diverted from it's intended path.
