I have to wonder how he got a passport without producing an actual birth certificate. Or, does the POTUS not need a passport when he travels outside of the country?

Steve, nobody appears to recognize the plain truth that any Hawaiian who needs to show a certified bc copy for the purposes of receiving a passport shows this exact same bc. It's the official HI bc styling, and it is good for all purposes for which an official bc copy is required.

Untrue.

The state of Hawaii wouldn't even recognize a COLB as evidence of being a native Hawaiian until the ascent of dear leader.

Their official requirements prior to this, according to their own site, stated clearly:

“In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found ONLY on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth(a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.“

That was a very nice thing to do, on your part. Some here have been worrying that we have a "Manchurian Candidate"(now an elected candidate) in the WH, and hopefully this will put their minds at ease.

Looks to me like some national effort is placing these ads on billboards around the country, and has now gotten some placed in Maryland.

The point was, quite simply, that the billboards are springing up across the nation.

They are paid for with private donations, meaning a Marylander most likely did pay for this one.
